Shipping policy
We currently ship to the U.S., Canada (USA Store) and the U.K. and European Union (UK and EU Store). NOTE: at the present time, Orders from the USA cannot be shipped to any other country outside the USA or Canada and Orders from the UK or European Union cannot be shipped outside of the European Union or UK.
Website Orders: We currently offer free shipping to anywhere in the Continental U.S. for consumer purchases of $100.00 and over on namafiji.com,. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and other US territories, the difference between the cost of the "free" shipping we offer in the Continental U.S. and the shipping rate will be charged. There is a $15 USD flat shipping rate to Canada which includes prepaid duties and taxes. For International orders customer is responsible for duties/customs fees. Everywhere else requires a custom quote; email orders@nama-fiji.com.
Wholesale/Spa Orders: Fulfillment and shipping is provided by nama-fiji.com or though our 3rd-party fulfillment partner. All wholesale orders require a custom quote for volume pricing and shipping costs; email order@namafiji.com
U.S. Orders: Upon fulfillment of your order, you will receive a tracking notification directly from namafiji.com or our 3rdp-party fulfillment partner with your tracking information. We proudly support the United States Postal Service. Orders are shipped primarily by USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Home based on cost and orders should arrive within 2-5 business days after the order is fulfilled, which can take up to 3 business days.
Int'l Orders: Upon fulfillment of your order, you will receive an email from namafiji.com or our 3rdp-party fulfillment partner with your Customs Declaration and tracking information. Orders are shipped Priority Mail International or one of our other express shipping partners; ship time is 6-10 days after your order is fulfilled and is subject to customs delays. Order fulfillment takes up to 2 business days. Shipping charges and duties/customs fees are not included for International Orders.
