We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues

We currently offer free shipping to anywhere in the U.S. There is a $15 USD flat shipping rate to Canada which includes prepaid duties and taxes. There is a $30 USD flat shipping rate to the U.K.; customer is responsible for customs fees. Everywhere else requires a custom quote; email email@example.com.
U.S. Orders: Upon fulfillment of your order, you will receive a tracking notification from Stamps.com. We proudly support the United States Postal Service. Orders are shipped Priority mail and orders should arrive within 3-5 business days from when the order is placed.
Int'l Orders: Upon fulfillment of your order, you will receive an email with your USPS Customs Declaration Tracking number. Orders are shipped Priority Mail International; ship time is 6-10 days and is subject to customs delays.
