We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Website Orders: We currently offer free shipping to anywhere in the Continental U.S. for consumer purchases over $99.00 on nama-fiji.com, with the exception of Florida where costs may be slightly higher. For shipments to Alaska, Florida, Hawaii and other US territories, the difference between the cost of the "free" shipping we offer in the Continental U.S. and the shipping rate will be charged. There is a $15 USD flat shipping rate to Canada which includes prepaid duties and taxes. There is a $30 USD flat shipping rate to the U.K.; customer is responsible for customs fees. Wholesale/Spa Orders: Fulfillment and shipping is provided by nama-fiji.com or though our 3rd-party fulfillment partner. All wholesale orders require a custom quote for volume pricing and shipping costs; email firstname.lastname@example.org
U.S. Orders: Upon fulfillment of your order, you will receive a tracking notification directly from nama-fiji.com or our 3rdp-party fulfillment partner with your tracking information. We proudly support the United States Postal Service. Orders are shipped primarily by Priority Mail or FedEx Home based on cost and orders should arrive within 2-5 business days after the order is fulfilled, which can take up to 2 business days.
International Orders: Upon fulfillment of your order, you will receive an email from nama-fiji.com or our 3rdp-party fulfillment partner with your Customs Declaration and tracking information. Orders are shipped Priority Mail International or one of our other express shipping partners; ship time is 6-10 days after your order is fulfilled and is subject to customs delays. Order fulfillment takes up to 2 business days. Shipping charges and duties are not included for International Orders.

Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when your order was placed.

We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party contracted to make delivery, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event or an Act of God.
