Q: Where are your products manufactured?
A: Our manufacturing facility is located in Nadi, Fiji, on the main island of Viti Levu.

A: Orders placed on www.nama-fiji.com are shipped from San Francisco, CA, USA.
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We currently ship to the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. International drop-shipping is available and requires a custom quote, which will be provided in USD. Email orders@nama-fiji.com for a quote.
Q: What are your shipping options?
A: We currently offer free shipping to anywhere in the U.S. There is a $15 USD flat shipping rate to Canada which includes prepaid duties and taxes. There is a $30 USD flat shipping rate to the U.K; customer is responsible for customs fees. Everywhere else requires a custom quote; email orders@nama-fiji.com.

A: No, our products are never tested on animals.

A: No, our products do not contain any synthetic fragrance.
