Q: Where do you ship to?

A: We currently only ship to the U.S. We are aiming to be able to ship to Australia and New Zealand by the end of the year (2019). Please sign up for our newsletter to receive updates on our international shipping plans.

Q: What are your shipping options?

A: We currently offer free shipping to anywhere in the U.S.

Q: Will I receive tracking information?

A: Yes, you will receive a tracking notification from FedEx, our U.S. fulfillment partner.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns within 30 days after purchase. Please email orders@nama-fiji.com for further instructions.

Q: Do you track my product’s batch number?

A: Yes, we track every product’s batch number. We follow very strict Quality Control policies to ensure customers have the best possible experience with our products.

Q: Where are your products manufactured?

A: Our manufacturing facility is located in Nadi, Fiji, on the main island of Viti Levu.

Q: Are your products tested on animals?

A: No, our products are never tested on animals.

Q: Do you put any synthetic fragrance in your products?

A: No, our products do not contain any synthetic fragrance.
