Q: Where do you ship to?

A: We currently ship to the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. International drop-shipping is available and requires a custom quote, which will be provided in USD. Email contact@nama-fiji.com for a custom quote. 

Q: What are your shipping options?

A: We currently offer free shipping to anywhere in the U.S. and Canada. There is a $30 USD flat shipping rate to the U.K. Everywhere else requires a custom quote; email contact@nama-fiji.com.

Q: Will I receive tracking information?

A: Yes, you will receive a tracking notification from FedEx, our U.S. fulfillment partner.

Q: What currency are your prices listed in?

A: USD.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns within 30 days after purchase. Please email orders@nama-fiji.com for further instructions.

A: Yes, we track every product’s batch number. We follow very strict Quality Control policies to ensure customers have the best possible experience with our products.

A: Our manufacturing facility is located in Nadi, Fiji, on the main island of Viti Levu.

Q: Are your products tested on animals?

A: No, our products are never tested on animals.

Q: Do you put any synthetic fragrance in your products?

A: No, our products do not contain any synthetic fragrance.
